Horrible, don't go there

Liked: We had a massage, which was good and the lady was very nice.The first receptionist could speak over 5 languages and was lovely.The view from the breakfast room on the 4th floor was great.
Disliked: Women are either ignored or treated with contempt. Completely ignored at breakfast, because husband wasn't with me.Room key stopped working, and receptionist sighed and tutted and complained about having to code a new one. The bed is old and squishy.The sauna didn't work, just the steam bath.The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours.The worst part was when we were woken up by a construction site in the hall and the room next door. They don't care about guests. They just want your money and don't care if you never come back.
