Good

Liked: Free breakfast and dinner, but you have to be there earlier if you want have more choice on food. Besides, you need to register for dinner every day before 16 o'clock.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the roommate snored like thunder.

Bed mattress can really be...

Liked: The staff was very nice and helped with any trouble!There's a luggage storage for free which was a relief for the rest of the day after the checkout!They serve breakfasts and dinners (included in the price) with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. So it's not only cereals, you really can have a great breakfast!It's almost in the old town of Krakow, so it's a perfect locationThere's a common space featuring two tables with chairs and another room with comfy seats and a TV
Disliked: I couldn't rest at all because people were coming in and out very loudly all night long (which is to be expected as it's a Party hostel and it was Friday night).And the other and main reason was that the bed mattress (room 4 upper bunk bed) was really thin so I felt like sleeping on a mat and had to turn from one side to another every half an hour.Another thing to bear in mind is that there are only 3 bathrooms, two of them have a shower and a toilet in the same room, and the third one is only for shower, and another room only with a toilet, so you may need to organize your time in the mornings.
