Liked: The rooms are cleaned every day. The stuff is very responsive and pleasant. The location is just perfect.
Disliked: The shower drain was quite blocked, and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. It would be nice to have mugs and a small kettle in the room to make a tea/coffee.

Liked: The breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly. The location was good, close to public transportation options.
Disliked: The air conditioning didn't work in our room on the first night.

Disliked: Didn't feel that clean. A/C was noisy and not particularly cold. No room controls for A/C.

Liked: While I appreciated the location and the price of the room, I felt that there was no welcoming ambience. I wanted to escape from both my room, which was small and impersonal, and the lobby, where there was really no pretty place to sit and to sip coffee or drink a beer. Twas no one to recommend or help organize excursions or to really offer a welcoming smile.
