Disliked: Way too noisy, people walking and passing by on the corridor, I could even hear people using the toilet next door. Very bad experience:(

Great for an overnight pit...

Liked: This was a comfortable hotel for an overnight stay. We arrived late but the staff were amenable. The room was clean although basic but exactly what we needed. Nice late check out time too.
Disliked: This hotel isn't walkable from the airport (unless you take the 35minute route). There is a shuttle bus but if you arrive after 11pm you need to get a taxi. Not a fault on the hotels part just an oversight on mine.

Great stay at Greet

Liked: The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need for a short stay. The stand-out of Greet Marseille Airport is the staff: they are exceptional! Phillipa is truly excellent at her job, and Greet are so lucky to have her. Every member of staff was friendly and so helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is brilliant. I can't thank the staff enough, and I'll be very happy to stay here on my next trip.
Disliked: If I'm really nitpicking: a kettle and fridge in the room would be nice, but as this was clear from the time of booking, this really is nitpicking!

Disappointing.

Liked: The quirky trendy decor was different & refreshing
Disliked: But the decor did not make up for the small room. And the tiny bathroom. &Lack of equipment in the room. No glass or cup, no drinking water .we need Even for tooth cleaning or taking pills. Apart from no tea coffee making equipment , this was poor service , aimed at taking money in their bar. only one staff who was receptionist & bar person, on duty from 3-11. She was very good and helpful to me And I did not want to complain or give her more work when she was already inundated. The restaurant was closed, altho advertised and the main reason I booked this place, near the airport. I paid for breakfast. Not worth it. There was no cutlery. No service. And morning receptionist obviously hated her job.

Liked: The manager was extremely helpful, and the team was really pleasant.
Disliked: Rooms are small.

Mediocre

Liked: Greet hotel is really close to the Marseille airport (4-5 min) drive, it is good if you leaving early in the morning or coming late at night. However, it is worth to keep in mind if you wish to stay longer, that it is in the middle of nowhere so even to go to the city (if you don’t have a car) could be complicated.The staff was nice. And it was clean.
Disliked: Still after calling the hotel from the airport I waited for 25 min instead of promised 10 min (still quite ok) and in the morning the driver did not show up in time, so 5 min later the receptionist drove us to the airport himself. All was finally good.The water stopped twice in the middle of the shower and — good I am practicing meditation :) it helped me to stay cool and be patient (while with soap on me) — I pressed the button again and again and the water came back, ufff…Facilities are quite shabby, but still ok for 1 night. I only thought that for 10€ more I could stay in a better place. Next time.
