Liked: We stayed for one night as a family and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for our arrival. The beds were cozy, the facilities worked perfectly, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, making our short stay stress-free. Perfect for a comfortable overnight stop — highly recommended

Disliked: Would never stay here again. The location of the hotel is horrible. Sunday morning we had checked out of hotel and stuck our cases and belongings into the boot when we walked into the city and got some food. When we got back our car had been broken into and all of our stuff had been stolen. The woman at reception asked if her colleague the night before had told us not to leave anything in the car…. No he did not. Broad daylight and our car had been broken into and everything gone, clothes, passports, money. We asked if there was any CCTV outside the hotel and the woman had said ‘no it is illegal to have CCTV in Lyon’ ????? Blows my mind. She was too busy trying to make statements to cover their own back than help us. Stay from hell. Will never be back in Lyon it’s a horrible place. If you are staying here please be wary and watch out. The location is horrible and run down.

Liked: Besides the train station yet not noise. The family room is spacious even for a family of 5. And there’re plenty of games for the kids to play. Good value for money.
Disliked: The shower curtain should have some weight at the bottom so it could block the water leaking out while showering
