Disliked: The bed was not confortable at all, it gave me back pain. The matress was way too soft and I couldnt really sleep well, the pillows also were way too soft.

Liked: One staff in particular was really nice and helpful which made the stay really convenient.
Disliked: The elevator was not working properly and it took a long time , it was really slow and anytime we wanted to use it was full which made us use the stairs ...

Liked: Location was superb, very comfortable, you can go by feet to the must see objects or take a metro, very nice.
