Liked: Location was superb, very comfortable, you can go by feet to the must see objects or take a metro, very nice.

Prime location and excellent value...

Liked: Hotel is in an excellent location, right at Alexandrrplatz. It has modern design, seems relatively new and was overall well cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are standard sized, but well equipped and the beds are very comfortable.
Disliked: We were on the top floor, and the external unit of the AC system was right outside the window on the roof, and was very noisy. The elevator was very slow

No major complaints, everything was...

Disliked: The bathroom air vent wasn't working properly and there was a bit of smell, also the shower wouldn't drain fast enough. NOT A MAJOR ISSUE, just a small feedback to make the room 10/10 instead of 9.8

Disliked: Better on pictures and description than actually was.

Liked: Great location, clean, nice hotel for a short stay.
Disliked: The staff were not the most welcoming. Breakfast very basic.

Poor

Disliked: No housekeeping done until my last night. Almost all the staff were of 0 help and had a defensive attitude instead of trying to be helpful and improve.
