The worst hotel we have...

Liked: Nothing went right ....,,(everything).Noisy room and air exchanger stayed on all night.
Disliked: Why charge a damage deposit of $200.00 of which I have not gotten back.

Comfortable stay with free underground...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Our room was a bit outdated however the bed was comfortable, which is always the main stipulation Loved how we could park our ATVs inside in the free underground parking.

Liked: Ours was a normal breakfast, loved the French toast
Disliked: Didn’t like that the hash browns were the frozen kind with herbs, we were hoping for home fried hash browns. Then we could have added our own spice/sauce, it was sad that we paid for them and didn’t eat them. We are finding, lately wherever you go there is a lot of food waste and that shouldn’t be. I didn’t like that we had to go looking for housekeeping, to get shampoo & tissues and one of the lamps didn’t work

Liked: The property itself was fantastic! Staff were friendly!
Disliked: The restaurant attached (Crown & Moose) is not worth it. We went down later in the evening, maybe around 9:15pm for some light snacks. We never did get our drinks, our server took our order and brought us our food and that was it, she was too concerned about having not work appropriate conversations with other workers and getting her closing check list done. We ended up having to flag down another server and just got boxes to take our food back up to the room. The food was also not great. Burned up nachos & wings.
