Clean and comfortable hotel in...

Liked: Location, cleanliness, staff
Disliked: Parking or breakfast

Liked: Close to RNS
Disliked: My window from room 4 was outside their night laundry with staff smoking and talking very loudly on many lengthy personal ph calls till 11.30pm, so close that I could clearly hear the other person on the other end of the line,(all non English speaking) hard to get to sleep.

Disliked: Very çrampèd space

Liked: Free breakfast
Disliked: Was disappointed that the bathroom looked as though it was not thoroughly cleaned, the tap was not useful for filling the kettle and there was no fly screen so had to close the window which made the room stuffy.

The room was not serviced...

Liked: Parking a car on a first in basis does not work being that the motel is on the Pacific Highway where there is no parking allowed
Disliked: The parking configuration in the carpark is totally adhock where some carparks that appear to be available can notbe entered due to insuficcient room to manorver the car to get into the space.

Cramped parking, no hot water...

Disliked: The hot water tap for the shower didn't work - I'm not happy about cold showers

Liked: Need variety of food.

Whilst relatively clean & tidy...

Liked: The friendly caring room service lady
Disliked: We were advised Breakfast started at 7 am. When we arrived at 7.15am fir breakfast we were told to go away & return no earlier t than 7.45am.The bathroom ceiling in room 10 had black mildew or maybe mould.
