Greenville Inn & Suites

When I arrived in my reserved one King bed, I noticed a stain that looked like blood on the comforter and clear "oily" looking stains on the sheets. I requested a different room - they switched me to a double bed room where there were stains on both comforters and sheets on one of the beds. The only ice-maker that worked was the one in the lobby. When I expressed my concerns the hotel receptionist acted as if I was being a nusiance. Mind you, I'm not the one to complain unless it's necessary and when it comes to where I go to sleep, it is necessary. In addition, the microwave was rusty in the inside. Overall I was very disappointed - VERY!

Disliked: Did not live up to their name.

When we got there at first, they didn't have the room that we booked online available so the desk was very helpful in putting us into a suite room. The room was very nice but the only thing was that the tub kept draining the water but it was a slow drain. Overall our stay was great.

Liked: The best thing about this motel was its location. It also had very friendly staff. The outside of the facility looked very nice.
Disliked: The carpet throughout was damp to the touch of your feet. When I arrived the door to the room looked like someone had used a crowbar to try to get into the room. There were wood shavings all around the inside of the door. Their was visible trash under things from previous guests when our family entered the room. The bath tub had noticeable damage on the floor where the finish was missing and the rub was rusting. The guest nxt to us were outside talking until around 3:30. The police came at least 2 times while we were there looking for someone 2-3 doors down from us. Very dissapointed.
