Disliked: Extremely disappointing – avoid at all costs!We stayed 4 nights at the Greenview Hotel in Miami, and the experience was a disaster. The hotel is extremely poorly insulated: we hardly slept due to constant street noise. The windows in our room (302) were broken and wouldn't close, letting in noise, air, and even light from the hallway through the door frame, which had visible cracks and gaps.The room was dirty, with ants in the bathroom, and the shower door was broken, making it difficult to use. We asked for a change of bed sheets – they said it wasn’t possible. For towels, they promised to bring some, but despite asking twice, we never received them. We ended up using the same towels for five days – completely unacceptable.Worst of all was the bed: the bedding was filthy. Every morning we woke up with bites all over our bodies, strongly suggesting the presence of bedbugs or other pests.I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The service is nonexistent, the room was in awful condition, and hygiene standards are clearly not respected – stay away.
