Greenview Hotel

Very good

It was a good trip.

Liked: The location, and that it was close to eating, shopping and transportation.
Disliked: You may want to add a place for an ice machine.

Liked: The location was excellent. Two blocks from the beach and right next to Lincoln boulevard. It was close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful in trying to solve every problem.
Disliked: The light (in the ceiling fan) kept on coming on at random times during the night (about 4-5 times), waking us up each time. We reported this and the hotel tried to fix the issue straight away, but it didn’t work. After a few nights of interrupted sleep the only way to resolve the issue was to take the lightbulb out! It would appear that other people’s remote controls affected other people’s fans/lights! The sink in the bathroom was smaller than a shoe box. The kitchenette was well equipped, but no sink, therefore dishes had to be washed in the world’s smallest sink!!!The room was advertised as a 2 bed deluxe queen, however the beds were no bigger than a double and four of us (including two teenage boys) was quite challenging. Two beach chairs on the beach seems good value, but there were four of us! Each extra chair was $15 and an umbrella was $20, not such good value for a family of four!

Disliked: Wi-Fi issues. Needed to work from the hotel and couldn’t until wifi issues were resolved. No storage or counter in bathroom to store or place your toiletries. Shower water splashes all over bathroom floor because of shower enclosure design. Beds uncomfortable and sagged. Limited staff hours at front desk.
