Friendly, helpful people; very clean and well kept rooms. I normally don't rave about a motel, but this one really stands out as being exceptional. A very well run operation.

Disliked: There was food from the guest prior in the refrigerator, weird stains on the sheets, the bathroom was very small and there was a weird black stain on the shower wall. We found hair that was not mine in the bed when we first got relaxed in a bed that felt like it was going to eat us alive. We basically sank down fully on the mattress.

Disliked: Breakfast fell a little short, we went around 8:30am and a lot of the stuff was already gone. A little disappointing, breakfast was from 6:30am-9:30am. So we were surprised that there was hardly anything left

Disliked: There were insects in the room and bathroom.The breakfast was not eatable. They better put it as no breakfast at all. The restaurant is not clean at all, no choice of food. I practically did not eat anything the whole stay there (bought food at the supermarket). The only eatable food were the waffles.The swimming pool not clean. We never used it because the water was so dirty.They charged my card without authorization because my son’s bed sheets had blood stains after he had blood nose one night. But they charged for it without notifying what was the charge about and not using the deposit I had already paid.

Disliked: THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.I made a reservation at Green Tree Inn in Pasadena, California for 6 people (myself, my wife, and our 4 children), which the hotel confirmed by message and during check-in. Despite this, at midnight, management tried to kick us out, claiming the room was only for 4 people, leaving our family with 4 small children with nowhere to go.We decided to stay, but there were no extra beds available for rent as promised in the reservation, and I had to sleep ON THE FLOOR with my children that night.The next morning, I tried to resolve the issue politely at the front desk, but only one staff member was there and said she could not do anything. She called the manager, Lakeela Tatum, who, instead of helping, tried to kick us out again and threatened us, saying that if we stayed, we would have to pay a pet fee for our service dog, even after I explained that charging for a service animal is ILLEGAL under California and federal ADA law.The manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, treating our family with complete disregard. The room was also filthy and in terrible condition, as shown in the photos I have posted here.That same day, I met two other families in the parking lot dealing with the exact same issues, also complaining about the hotel’s management and how poorly they were treated.This hotel was an absolute nightmare for my family. They do not honor reservations, do not follow the law, and do not respect people.DO NOT stay here. If you value your family, your well-being, and your dignity, STAY AWAY from this place.
