Friendly, helpful people; very clean and well kept rooms. I normally don't rave about a motel, but this one really stands out as being exceptional. A very well run operation.

Disliked: 1. Pool locked2. Towel rack broken3. Slow sink drain4. Hot Bkfst not provided in last 40 mins -- arrived 8:50, bkfst till 9:305. Illegal add on fees forced on me -- see image. Illegal since July 2024 as it has always been shady

Liked: Location location location. For the money you can’t beat it. The guy at the front desk is friendly and helpful. There is an Indian restaurant in the same building. Some of the best Indian food that I have ever had.
Disliked: We stay there every couple of weeks because it’s close to the hospital. Every time there is something that doesn’t work. This time the basin drained very slowly. In the past the toilet backed up or the hvac didn’t work properly. We have started to bring a plunger with us. But we don’t expect this place to be a resort.

Disappointed misleading quality hotel

Liked: Nothing. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞.
Disliked: Nothing really against motels becauseI've stayed at a few,this hotel fit more in the line of a motel but I was very disappointed in this room and property. I expected carpet. So, you don't walk water into your room when they wash it down.In the morning. I expected both lights to work. Next to our bed. I expected all of the drawers to close! No extra blanket just the very thin one on the bed I expected the hand soap to be at least a quarter in the bottle.Have to flush the toilet twice Quality of the room did not Meet our expectations.

Good enough for what we...

Liked: Convenient to convention center and town. Clean beds, nice staff, descent breakfast. We basically only slept and showered here. Cute breakfast area.
Disliked: Shades were in shreads, curtains stained, dim lighting, hair dryer didn't work, but they brought one promptly.
