Friendly, helpful people; very clean and well kept rooms. I normally don't rave about a motel, but this one really stands out as being exceptional. A very well run operation.

Liked: This hotel was a great price for the quality and the location of our needs that weekend.
Disliked: The parking lot is a little small, the pressure in the showers was not great, but overall this hotel was perfect for our close proximity needs. We were slightly dissatisfied because our fridge did not fully close and keep our items cold.

Liked: Location. Within a mile of the event we were attending. Room was clean.
Disliked: Maid didnt speak English. No toilet paper,. No trash cans in room, no hair dryer, no wash clothes,. Busy street noise. Lights by the beds had to be unscrewed to turn them off. Outlets didnt work. NO refund.

Disliked: Sink faucet leaked and soaked all my toiletries. The floor slopes in multiple directions. “Breakfast” was grey sausages, dry eggs, and stale bread out on a patio in 43 degrees.

Disliked: The TV didn’t work. Someone checked it out and asked if I wanted a new room. I said no thanks. I should have been offered at least a free breakfast. The door had such a big gap that I could hear everyone talking outside. The walk way to my room and the stairs had garbage on the ground.

Liked: Location was ideal. Breakfast was a joke.
Disliked: Room cleaned better. Smoke detector was disconnected, towel bar fell off wall three times. Free breakfast was poor.

Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. Not even a spoon! The heater was really loud and blew cold air. We had noise above 221 all night! It was not as nice as it looked on the internet.

Good for stopovers (1-2 nights)...

Liked: Great location close to Old Pasadena and connection to freeways. Very good price compared to other accommodations at Pasadena. Staff were very friendly and responsive. Whole food market nearby.
Disliked: Rooms not as clean as I would have expected . Dirty sheets and towels. Don’t look at the mattress if you don’t want to be scared.There were a couple of broken items in the room, window blind, table lamp, ceiling paper, mentioned it to reception but they were never fixed. Room door is not good isolated. Reception staff offer though to change my room to another one.
