Very nice but not worth...

Liked: Very pleasant employees
Disliked: Rooms are needing some refurbishing… looking very much used and worn… wallpaper in the bathroom was in need of repair or replacing… previous repair was peeling away from the walls

Will not stay here ever...

Disliked: Not given the room promised asked for different room they refused no coffee available

Liked: Breakfast was good but aside from that, room was very uncomfortable
Disliked: The chair pictured on line was more cushy, and that is one reason why I booked here. My mom, who sleeps sitting up, can sleep well in a cushy chair. The room that we got had a stiff, uncomfortable chair with wooden arm rests. The facility said that they could not put in a different chair for her. This did not work, to extent that none of us slept, in fact, we left a day early, and went elsewhere even though we had already paid.

Disliked: Asked for extra pillows and was told there was no extra towels in the hotel. And an employee told me he would try to find some never herd back!!!

I cried when I left

Liked: For it being a last minute trip, I couldn't ask for a better choice in hotels. The hotel is nestled in the trees, so it just added to my trip. This was my boyfriend's first ever vacation and he was so thankful for everything
Disliked: The tub was a bit tricky and the hot tub never got hot enough.
