TV didn't work in room...

Liked: Convenience from airport and close to restaurants.
Disliked: My TV in my room would not work. I went to front desk and told the receptionist. She looked at me with sarcasm and said I should have known that the cable was out, and it would not be repaired till the afternoon next day. I relayed to her it should have been told to me prior to check-in, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed there. I just got off an international flight and was resting for 15 hrs. I just wanted to relax and watch TV to occupy my time. She was very rude and just ignored me. Never again.

Liked: I liked that they had an airport shuttle. The price was okay.
Disliked: Their ice machine wasn't working anywhere on the property. Breakfast was a joke. They had tiny muffins and coffee and nothing else. Oh, there was a bowl of fruit,apples, and oranges.

Disliked: Was told by desk clerk that the taxi service they use to the airport was $5-10 I asked again to make sure and was assure it was. Ended up costing us $72.
