Liked: The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. I also like that it has a bar with food served, although the karaoke that's listed leaves much to be desired.
Disliked: The girl who was at the desk when I checked in made me wait 24 minutes until exactly 3pm before she would check me in... she was supposedly waiting for shift change, but the other worker never showed, so she had to check me in anyway. I just found it unnecessarily rule abiding and lazy tbh. I had nothing else to do and nowhere else to go for 24 minutes, so I had to sit in the car in the houston heat. Im just glad that for once I wasn't using Uber, bc they wouldn't have waited with me that long!
