Passable

Liked: Checking in and out was easy. The lobby, dinning area, and lobby bathrooms were clean.
Disliked: Our stay was for 5 days and 4 nights. We got in kinda late, so the next morning when housekeeping came by we didn't need any service. The next day housekeeping stopped by as I heard them outside I was gathering our trash cause it was the only thing we needed done. She knocked on the door I told her I was getting the trash together, and she then told me we'll I'm not your housekeeper but I will take it anyway. So my thought why knock on the door? Anyway, the next day we were out of the room all day, I made sure everything was off the floors so housekeeping could come in and do what they needed to. When we returned to the room the beds were made and the bathroom was restocked with towels. That's it. Didn't sweep didn't vacuum didn't clean the bathroom. So that was not the service I was expecting. The hallways were carpeted and could definitely been vacuumed, looked like it hadn't been done in a long time.

Liked: Value was good. Breakfast was good. Beds were fairly comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The pool was closed for repairs which should have been done prior to hot weather season.

Liked: Room location was very quiet and the room was clean.
Disliked: The air conditioning was a bit noisy. The fake eggs at breakfast were barely edible.

Overall our stay was okay.

Liked: All the staff was friendly and nice. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The staircase had an odor and the carpets needed cleaned.

Liked: I like that the front desk member was kind and understanding to our displeasement of the conditions and agreed to a full refund- we did not stay.
Disliked: The ceiling titles were missing, the room smelt horrible, dark merky lighting lamps didnt work.. floor was dirty. Furniture was in terrible condition. Was told they only have queen and king beds but whatever was in our room was neither of those things. When reserved the pictures did not match what I was shown.
