Disliked: Arranged for late check in due to late flight. Room was left unlocked with the key left inside the room.

Great, location, responsive Management but...

Liked: Room and bed were ok. Bathroom has had a recent renovation so it was fine but the rest of the room was in need of a serious refresh. We stayed there two nights but no refresh or restock of tea/ sugar. Upside was that Manager instantly responded to requests to replace a broken bulb and restock tea and sugar. No doormat meant wet shoes went straight onto the carpet.Location is great and it is quiet.
Disliked: No refresh or restock of tea/sugar.Room, furniture and outside areas in need of serious renovations.

Convenient location with very basic...

Liked: It was in a location close to where I had to be. The bathroom was nice.
Disliked: The steps up to the rooms, the restaurant was closed and no breakfast was offered. The bedroom was grubby with dirty, smeary marks on the window.

Disappointing

Liked: Was close to the Gabba.
Disliked: We had requested a downstairs room due to mobility issues and were advised this would be available. When we arrived there were no rooms that didn’t have stairs. The room we were given was on the top level so there were many stairs to navigate.
