Disappointing

Liked: The location and the room was clean
Disliked: The air conditioning unit didn’t work.

Liked: Served a purpose for a reasonable price. Had been upgraded with new AC, TV & bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Surprised to find no fly screen on the main window.Beyond management control, I assume, were the raucous guests on the top floor. Not only noisy kids during the afternoon but seriously loud shouting, arguments along with a wailing waif from 12:30 am until about 2am. Was tempted to go up with my phone to record the disturbance which warranted police intervention. Destroyed any chance of a good sleep before continuing our journey. Having lived in the Middle East pretty sure the ethnic origins were sub-continent who have a reputation for not disciplining children.

Liked: Clean, value price, lots of amenities, completely recommended.

Not luxurious but suitable for...

Liked: Convenient location to access the Gabba via public transport. A bit shabby overall but I have stayed here before and knew what to expect - reasonably comfortable and clean.

Exceptional

Liked: I stay here a lot it’s a great motel best cash converters in Bris just down the hill

Disappointing

Liked: Was worrying that when I turned up my name and room number where displayed for all to see on the front door of reception. Room was left unlocked with key inside as no staff present - major safety concern.
Disliked: The above safety issue

Liked: No fuss...very clean...quiet...well located for our family function...safe undercover parking

Better to spend a littlemore...

Liked: The room was comfortable enough, had 3 beds, a small fridge, a bathroom and a small dining setting.
Disliked: The office hours are not as listed on Booking.com. I arrived during the hours listed here, and the office was closed. My full name was on a notice on the office door directing me where to find my key. There was not sufficient parking and I had to park on the street. There were people smoking and talking on the balcony/landing outside my room very late at night.
