The lady on Saturday morning...

Liked: The manger on Saturday she was very nice in kind to my family
Disliked: The staff on Friday was rude disrespectful and very very nasty bad customer service rude the entire taffy from morning to evening on Friday the 4 th

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable - it was hot out, but the room was already nice and cool
Disliked: I arrived late - the front desk person was friendly enough to- but not very helpful when I asked if there was a late night menu available through room service. I was told I had “just missed the kitchen closing a few minutes earlier - at 10:25 pm. I was then directed to the hotel “store” that basically had a few snacks). The next morning - I was leaving at 10:30am, and asked if there was coffee anywhere - I was told that I “missed breakfast,” and once again - no solution offered. Over the last twenty years I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, paying more because there was a restaurant on the property, and because the staff has always been exceptional - even when I had special requests. Those days seem to be gone…..

This place did not meet...

Liked: We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.
Disliked: I asked for rooms close together. We were in completely different wings. The room felt very humid. To a point that the comforters felt damp. There was a half eaten melon cup on top of the fridge and a half eaten Mexican salad in the fridge. I asked to have the highest floor possible- both rooms ground floor. One of the comforters had a stain on it. I am not a picky person, as I’ve stayed in some pretty cheap hotels. This hotel was not cheap.
