Liked: Everything was exceptional.
Disliked: That breakfast wasn't included. The price for breakfast was 20 dollars. For the price paid they should have had a free continental breakfast

Excellent receptionist!

Liked: Both the first and last staff members I interacted with were absolutely the best! The lady that checked me in was very welcoming and also went above and beyond to accommodate my needs-Perfect start to the stay! When I checked out the gentleman at the desk INSTANTLY stopped what he was working on to make sure I was the priority! He could have said, “one moment ma’am and I will be with you” but instead he clearly put me first! Their focused and pleasant attention is rare these days and did not go unnoticed!
Disliked: Lighting in seminar meeting rooms could be brighter -guest room hallways are due for a fresh make over

Free shuttle to and from...

Liked: Food was good and I was gratefulFor that as I had no transportation but took airport shuttle.
Disliked: Halls needed vacuuming. Scattered debris and food crumbs in hallway was unpleasant. There was no free streaming TV - a big negative. Mattress was only tolerable. Bathroom needed serious renovation / updating.
