Good

Liked: Location, size of room. Very convenient for takeaway meals, coffee etc.
Disliked: Kitchenette was small and dark to use as is in a cupboard. Heating inadequate for Hawkes Bay winters. TV very small. Parking difficult for access in and out to main road.

Disliked: parking has always been difficult there especially with a bigger vehicle.

Yeah, it was ok

Liked: Although on a busy road, it was quiet.
Disliked: Room 2Kitchenette was extremely small. Driveway & parking would be more suitable for small vehicles. HINT: It's best to reverse your car, makes it easier to access busy road.
