Disliked: The staff! Absolutely terrible communication. They are unreachable. There are no staff available to assist with Late check in.

A perfect last-minute find

Liked: Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out. We loved the unit. It was clean, had more than we needed, and was so comfortable. The pool was great for the kids, and there were many shady spots for the adults. We will be back!!

Liked: It is an excellent and relaxing resort, very comfortable and beautiful units.
Disliked: The only thing I would say about this specific unit is that in the shower, the faucet handle doesn't work properly, either hot or cold on both bathrooms, and a used towel was left hanging on the door in the main bathroom 😔 ...
