Disliked: If visiting for a conference, it is further away from the conference center. But I didn't mind walking and there was a safe route along the main road for walking at night. On the plus side, it's right by the beach for morning runs!

Liked: Great location, within walking distance to coffee shops, the beach and the promenade.
Disliked: Uncomfortable beds, fine pieces of hair scattered throughout the bedsheets and towels.

Basically an upscale motel

Liked: The customer service was great and the only thing they really have going for them. The room was OK
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner, it was cold with only a space heater and the bathroom was impossibly small. The parking situation was also a disaster and was not explained in the details of the stay.
