Good

Liked: Good location, friendly staff and clean rooms
Disliked: Basic rooms with no fridge, no air conditioning, no shower caps, small enough rooms.

A warm family run Hitel...

Liked: The personable approach of each staff member. The high standard of facilities. The quality of the food. The lovely leisure centre. The price was lower than other hotels in limerick
Disliked: Everything was perfect

Superb

Liked: The rural aspect but being a close drive to town. Our host was super helpful with places to eat and where to go next. The parking was great. Our room was large, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We found the pillows a little flat and felt awkward using the outdoor seating area because it felt intrusive to the residents.

Good stay

Liked: Clean and comfyPool and jacuzzi were nice Staff were friendly Location is outside Limerick city
Disliked: We went for a meal in the hotel’s restaurant and we ordered off a lady, we told her what we would like to drink and eat she then came with the drinks first and gave my partner a half pint instead of a full pint we kindly asked her to change it and then an hour goes by and we were thinking our food was very slow to come out as we didn’t even receive our starter but it was busy so we just thought that was why but we said it to one of the waiters and he went and checked he came back out and said we are really sorry your order does not exist so the lady didn’t put through our order so was another half an hour if not more when we actually got our meal, they did take 2 drinks off the bill but was disappointing as the meal was quite expensive to be waiting for it for over an hour and a half
