Liked: Good view from the room that I got in the end, but I had to make sure that I got a view room even though I had paid extra for it. The first room they gave me looked out into tree branches with no view at all. I had to insist on getting the view since I paid for it.
Disliked: Room was obviously old and not totally clean. There was hair on the floor and one of the shelves in the bathroom. It was ok, but it was way better three years ago when I was there for the first time. When the room was cleaned, the towels were taken but new ones were not provided. So I was constantly asking for towels.

Disliked: Front desk people were very rude, bad customer service, keys didn’t work, wifi didn’t work properly, sink was clogged and everytime I would shower it would make a big puddle I. The bathroom floor

Enjoyed the resort, will come...

Liked: Location is great. Hotel is beautiful, however there were some issues with the aging of the resort.
Disliked: Elevator wasn't working at times, unable to accommodate an early check in, actually didn't get in our room until well past 3pm check in time, room had balcony that looked into parking lot and was very disappointing for the extra fee. Hotel pool didn't have towels one day, pool never had anyone cleaning up or picking up after guests left etc.
