Liked: Breakfast included was good. Convenient location for us.
Disliked: There was a pair of underwear in my bathroom that were left from the guest before me.

Liked: Breakfast was included, however we had an early start so Andy the Manager / owner offered a goody bag to take with us. Very much appreciated

Enjoyable stay but please smarten...

Liked: Price included breakfast which was excellent. Ground floor room with parking outside the window. Conveniently located. Large airy bathroom. Quiet bedrooms
Disliked: Needs considerable upgrading especially the corridors and doorways .Car park rather scruffy and littered. Staff access and smoking use right outside ground floor bedroom window ( Room 4)

Enjoyable overnight stay

Liked: Breakfast was lovely but only served between 8 am and 9 am. No chance of a long lie on our holiday.

Best hotel staff I have...

Liked: Excellent breakfast, and service from a helpful team. Evening meal the evening before was also first class, and the staff very attentive. 10 out of 10 to all concerned. Will be back and recommend this hotel, worth a visit.

Lovely hotel

Liked: The staff were so friendly, welcoming & helpful even though they were super busy with the Peebles festival going on. The room was lovely, clean & plenty of teas, milks & biscuits.
Disliked: There was nothing I disliked as such, my only small change I'd make is the mattress felt old/worn.
