Liked: Excellent location and Trish was a wonderful host. She overdid it with the breakfast for me as I'm a light eater when it comes to breakfast She was a great help in finding attractions to explore as we're bringing a bus group to Niagara-On -The -Lake in June. Green Oaks is in a good location if you like quiet and countryside.
Disliked: Very hard to find much wrong with this place as it is an old home which Trish & Norm have tenderly restored with a lot of capital. We loved the old woodwork and trim around the doors and windows.If I could find anything to complain about it would be that all rooms are upstairs and if you had trouble as a senior climbing stairs you might find this a bit difficult, but hey, perfect has only been attained by one person and that was Jesus!!Keep up the great work Trish.

Good place for short stay...

Liked: We stayed in this property with our friends for 1 night. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: This B&B house is really old and even it is fully renovated the smell in the room still not perfect.

Liked: Our stay was wonderful! Host was very accommodating & kind. Room was charming & clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was AMAZING. Would absolutely stay again next time we’re in town.
