Charming stay with family. Great...

Liked: Location: On the beach. Staff is super helpful.
Disliked: Kitchen is old... utensils and pans are well-worn out. The dishwasher is close to dying while the microwave service request was put in. Yes, they serviced it ASAP but for the cost/night I do expect best of the stuff. Please get rid of your cheap non-stick pans (fully damaged) and get some decent stainless steel stuff.Also, I suggest to keep basic condiments in the kitchen like salt, pepper, sugar and oil.

It didn’t feel like other...

Liked: It wasn’t too far from downtown Hyannis and we could see the harbor and pool from our balcony.
Disliked: It was the harbor, not the beach like the other south Yarmouth red jackets. We were promised 4 beds. But we got 3. I have adult family. Got a very uncomfortable cot put in the room upon request. Poor WiFi. My son couldn’t work from there. He missed his meetings. No gym, no hot tub, no restaurant, no breakfast. It was too pricey for what they give you.

Liked: Private beach was amazing. All the amenities made it so we didn’t even have to leave resort ! Very fun and relaxing.
