Great place to stay in...

Liked: The 2 room suite was perfect for our family of four. The bathroom, towels, and bedding were all clean and smelled fresh.
Disliked: The floors were filthy. Our feet were black after walking on the floor for less than an hour. Floors need a deeper cleaning in between guests.

Liked: Prefect location. Restaurants and grocery stores are within a walkable distance and easy access to all the outdoor activities in the area
Disliked: The WiFi was weak in some areas of the property but there was WiFi and worked so can’t complain too much.

Liked: The beds were comfortable, convenience of mini fridge and microwave, and the bathroom was spacious.
Disliked: The room itself was a bit cramped but this tends to be true of budget hotels and was therefore acceptable. Surfaces that get touched alot were lightly soiled and a bit sticky to the touch, maybe a good wipe down of the handle on the blinds, AC interface, door knobs and door frames above the knobs would address this issue. I ended up buying some wipes at Grocery Outlet to wipe down these surfaces. Overall, for the price paid and convenience and comfort of not camping I enjoyed this motel as our base for exploring Burney Falls, McCloud Falls, The Subway Cave, and Lassen NP, but be aware that the main attractions of Lassen are 90 mins away by car, 45 mins to the North entrance and Manzanita Lake.

Liked: The courtesy of the receptionist, who helped kindly when I had an issue with my car.Beds are comfortable, room is clean, shower is warm. What else?Fish cleaning facilities and bbq also available.
Disliked: Nothing was bad!
