Great location, needs a lot...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The proper is overall kinda rundown. You can definitely tell that they are trying to make updates but it has a long way to go. The grass was also extremely long.

Not Bad

Liked: The location was perfect, and the staff were super friendly. Easy to get towels refreshed , nice to have laundry facilities on site. Air conditioned and fans supplied. Had pretty much all cooking, serving, and bbq facilities needed. The dining table sat 6, which was nice. Coffee maker was great size for a group.
Disliked: Dated units, our had new windows on most rooms but exterior needed a good cleaning and refresh of paint. Layout of furniture could have been more conducive to hanging out. Newer mattresses would be nice, and shower only made it hard with an infant. Lawn needed mowing on the entire property, and the pool was a little cloudy, so we did not use it.

So close to Green Gables...

Liked: Loved the location of the cottage
Disliked: The pool was a little cold for me

Great stay and cozy accommodation

Liked: Close to all attractions. Cosy and private.
Disliked: Shower is very small.

Disliked: The water pool is too cold

This place is no longer...

Liked: The person working behind the desk was very pleasant.
Disliked: I’m sure at one time the cottages were nice but now they’re all run down and the beds were super loud and uncomfortable. The furniture inside the cottage was stained and smelly. The A/C only blew hot air. Thankfully it was nice outside and we could have the windows open to let in fresh cool air.

Alright but outdated

Liked: -Close to everything in cavendish-Put the garbage outside every morning on the deck for retrieval
Disliked: Cottage was outdated, yard of cottage covered in pine needles and cones and was not good to walk on.Asked for extra towels and did not receive. Screen door wouldn’t properly closed as cottage has shifted (I assume). Received an email about checkin that said key would be left in a certain area as it was self checkin and wasn’t left there, so had to retrieve from office. No paper towel, and was only left with one roll of toilet paper for 4 people for a two day stay.

Bad

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Beds were not that comfortable . Toaster didn't work but the no water to shower is what bothered us the most

Exceptional

Liked: Perfect location for the Anne of Green Gables sites - and for Cavendish beach.
