Green Acres Motel

Very good

Liked: Nice motel. Clean but unfortunately property is going to be redeveloped therefore it is not being maintained as it could be.
Disliked: It could be so much nicer but will be torn down in the near future.

Liked: Had most features needed, even though missing a few things.
Disliked: Locking door security not the best (a neighbour got broken into). The toilet seat was broken, window screen missing and had to request a chair to be able to work on desk. I didn't like the need for a damage deposit--why I had them note the deficiencies & physically check the room on departure to make SURE they didn't charge me extra for anything. Also found I picked a bad location to get to my meeting place as got stuck in traffic jams and missed the first 2 hours of the meeting--however, this has nothing to do with "Green Gables", just Toronto itself.
