Liked: Very clean room, soft sheets, enough room with two areas, full refrigerator with freezer, large TV that was easy to use, great daily housekeeping, Manager Nick was very helpful and friendly. Bella, the dog was adorable! If you needed anything, you just had to ask and it was provided - iron, pots, cooking utensils if needed. Good outside area- pool very so refreshing (it was unusually hot the days we stayed) and crystal clear water, great lounge chairs and deck area. Could walk to restaurants, boardwalk and beach. Nick offered good recommendations for restaurants. North Wildwood is a very nice area- beautiful homes, clean and quiet mostly residential area.
Disliked: Would recommend a bit of updating in the bathroom- replace or repaint inside of medicine cabinet and replace stopper and puller in bathroom sink. Exhaust fan near kitchen stove seemed to need repair or replacement. Outside of door to room needed repair but still closed properly. Very small hole in wall in bedroom - easy fix. All minor issues nonetheless that I am sure will be addressed soon.

Liked: Nick is a wonderful manager of the property and always a delight and willing to help. Second time staying at the Grecian. The remodel is nice and makes the rooms looks and feel a lot bigger

Liked: A couple blocks off the beach nice quite area .Great location very clean and sparkling pool that is maintained daily. Not a single issue with my 5 days stay.

Liked: Nick the manager was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. Bella was adorable! The rooms and pool area were clean. The refrigerator was larger than a mini fridge. The flooring is brand new, new TV, and dresser.
Disliked: The bathroom is dated, but served its purpose, but you can tell they’re actively updating the motel.

Liked: Nick was absolutely great. Read some reviews prior to booking and took the chance last minute. Our experience was nothing like some of the reviews we had read. Sure the exterior is a little outdated upon our arrival, but when we got to our room, almost everything seemed to be updated. Beds were comfortable, clean linens and towels, what seemed like brand new flooring. A/C was ice cold. We had a great stay and will definitely be booking here again in the future.
Disliked: Obviously it’s not a 5 star hotel or a bigger place but a small kitchenette would've been awesome. However there was a bbq listed but the weather was terrible for us
