Need nicer housekeepers front desk...

Liked: My children did have a blast in the resort, but did not get to do everything we paid for it was ridiculous
Disliked: The customers that do the games for the kids are very very rude even the front desk. I said I had six that would be in the hotel and they said they would give me a bracelets for two visitors when I got there. They only gave me seven bracelets and that’s what the supervisor said, I can only give you seven I said did they tell me 8 when I booked damn Shane

Liked: The only thing that was really nice was the little adventures for the children.
Disliked: I paid for so much stuff and they were so rude. It didn’t close till eight. It was seven they would not let us do the mineral rock. The guy said it closes at eight but we’re closing now so I literally paid for something I did not receive. The room was literally disgusting.

Liked: Staff was nice. Food delivery option was great. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Bathrooms should have some sort of ventilation and there needs to be better check in service.
Disliked: Check in was terrible it was unorganized and time consuming. Needs to be more direction on where to check in.
