Great Wolf Lodge - Williamsburg Va

Liked: I've been coming to Great Wolf Lodge every year with my grandchildren and their friends. I honestly can't think of anything I particularly liked, except the friendliness of the staff.
Disliked: All the "fees" that are attached. Parking $20. really ?? we spend enough on the all your other charges.. In fact, there are so many additional charges, it may be the reason we don't come back.. After 10 years of visiting there, we may not come again,

Liked: The kids loved the waterpark nd their room
Disliked: cleanliness of the room was bad. dinner was terrible food cold could not even chew the beef the staff were all great. any problems we had were attended to right away. For what it cost I should not have had any problemsjust ok

Disliked: HVAC fan very loud so hard to sleep.Of more importance were the bed bugs in one of the beds in one of the rooms.

Disliked: This was an expensive hotel that feel like a motel 8. I will never recommend it. It is just gross!!!
