Liked: Everything was great from the staff and place. And the people were good with quality and comfortable being there.
Disliked: The pool space and the price of the room and things to do for the children.

Liked: the kids had plenty to do!
Disliked: The adult hot tub was disgusting, it was dirty and just a body of warm water, no jets?when we arrived in our room we found. shoe on the edge of the bed, it wasn?t ours?clean better!there weren?t many places to sit, they had a few lines of chairs as you walked in, which was the baby area, few chairs around but no real place to put your towels without purchasing a locker.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was really friendly but the common areas were filthy!
Disliked: The carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months.

It was a good trip....

Liked: It was great fun for the whole family. The information and birthday channels were good.
Disliked: It would be nice for a breakfast to be included in the price. There is another indoor water park that has great reviews and they have a ?generous hot breakfast? included in the price and they are about 20% cheaper.
