It was about my daughter's...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. Kids loved it , such a huge variety to pick from and it was fresh and hot. Sylvie was incredible, she made my daughter's breakfast extra special by Surprising her with a candle lite cupcake singing happy birthday to her with some staff for her Special 10th birthday. She also kept on our service with drink refills. She was incredible. Definitely give her a full rating.
Disliked: Family of the day is different and not fair in our opinions, we liked how it used to be, how you enter in the water park. Also the sitting out in the main lobby, they removed all the chairs by the fire place. Very disappointing. So many great things, but definitely don't like some of the changes.

We really ebjoyed the waterpark...

Liked: The water park.
Disliked: That there is so many additional cost grabs in family’s. More should be included on the cost of the rooms. Rooms are dated and the carpets all new replacement. Terrible wet smell. Thankful for the steak restaurant as all other food quality was poor choices. Lots of sugar pushed at every corner. Cost of arcade, bowling, laser tag and magic quest is so much extra of families. Thankfully our kids are well behaved and didn’t over ask for more every chance they could. Waterpark was great. And love that the lifeguards are very well trained and watching non stop. Seating in the waterpark was very uncomfortable and not relaxing to hang out in. Loungers were again another sneaky cost to families. The hard part is that we can afford all of the extras but feel it’s unfair and unnecessary to put in young families that want to enjoy and afford a few memorable trip with their children. The bar in the waterpark is a nice touch. We enjoyed a beverage while our kids played. Our only issue was that there were some people there absolutely loaded and it was very inappropriate to watch around their own children and for all to see. We may come again but would need to be in the summer for some fresh air and sunshine.

Liked: Waterpark is fun. My kid loves the games. Rooms were clean and staff was polite.
Disliked: food options are limited for vegetarians and vegan inside the resort.

Bad experience

Liked: Water park
Disliked: When I have arrived hotel has construction and I didn’t know that. I asked for changing room because we had a 2 construction bins on our view and they didn’t do any cooperation. The only thing they asked was extra charge for upgrading also in during the stay they never came to fill out the tea and coffee in our room. I called them and asked for refills but they said they can’t do it. No cleaning …In total it was the terrible birthday experience for me. Last time it was great experience and I gave them 5 star reviews and that was the reason that I pick this property for my birthday celebration but unfortunately I get really disappointed on this property.

Very poor

Disliked: Very loud noises of construction drilling started early morning while we were trying to sleep in with kids probably next door of our room which had my kids crying.Hotel was under construction. renovation notice of renovation which is barely readable unless you take it out from booklet of check in. No one from front desk advised us of renovation verbally upon check in. When discussed this with manager on duty Mr Jain his initial response was I m not aware of any construction happening on same floor of yours and all our construction advisory was on our website plus on yellow leaflet we provided. He also assured me he ll get back to me after verifying with maintenance manager next day at 10 am of construction noises. Which he didn't follow up and no one from Managment team reached out to me.  I find it very unprofessional from hotel staff.Booking.com had no advisory on construction of hotel while booking with them at thier end.  I was assigned room next to the construction spot out of all 400 rooms in hotel. Which was hard on my kids.This 2 day trip was present for my daughter for her birthday I find hotel construction and no advisory from booking.com really left bad experience on our trip.Really was disappointed by unprofessional management of this hotel for not following up
