Liked: Everyone was friendly. Even the people staying there were kind. The kindness was contagious!
Disliked: I didn't plan dinner on time from the restaurants. We got to caught up and I had to figure out dinner other ways. But that's my own fault for loosing track of time and having fun with the kids.

so good and so bad

Liked: Staffs are very friendly and kind. There are many activities for kids. It was so nice to walk to the pool right inside the resort. Very convenient.
Disliked: It was so noisy at night even after 12. Literally no soundproof and there are many people(not just kids) who were too excited to go to bed. If you have little kids and need to sleep early, you need to be aware of noise level.

Liked: The water park was nice everything was good understaffed though
Disliked: Couldn't get front desk to answer phone most times when we checked in I put things in fridge and went to water park when returned to room refrigerator wasn't working couldn't get front desk to answer had to go downstairs to front desk air conditioner wasn't working either anyway after an hour it wasn't fixed yet called they did answer said it was on the list we left room refrigerator got fixed by 8:30 pm so I had a working refrigerator while we sleep and in morning till 11 checkout. I wouldn't recommend booking a room go for the day enjoy the park. Aso it took 50 minutes for pizza kids couldn't eat till after 7pm. They said 25 minutes when I ordered

Liked: Lots of activities for the little ones.
Disliked: Understaffed at restaurants, and some workers seemed to be young and inexperienced in etiquette (like racing ahead and weaving in between guests to get where they are going faster).
