For my daughter's 8th birthday

Liked: The indoor Waterpark was amazing because my daughter loves to swim.
Disliked: The food was not so good at all, they charge 18.99 for wings, and the wings weren't cooked well through at all. And the fact that I paid for a late check out until 2 p.m. so my baby could play and swim more due to her birthday, and now there are no lights in the building so that's upsetting to her at the moment and we have to switch hotel's now due to no ETA.

Liked: Roll size was nice. The balcony was nice.
Disliked: The food at the breakfast buffet was cold and not goodI felt we had to pay for absolutely everything and couldn’t find water.The internet didn’t work wellthe TV was complicated to figure outParking was horrific

Liked: Weekday discount and less crowd, so kids were able to do more.
Disliked: Our door wouldn't shut all the way if it wasn't fully open to shut on its own. Saw some cockroaches in the pool area each time we weer there.Also our sink in the main area of our room was backed up. Also didn't know about the $15/ night parking fee until we arrived. We've been here before and never had that. Figured that's included in the price.

Disliked: Money trap, as much as you pay to stay everything cost extra. There should be more things included with stay

Disappointing

Liked: Great way to keep kids engaged.
Disliked: Our room keys didn’t work. We had to keep using ONE out of the 8 keys to get in. Our rooms were not side by side as advertised. We left my son’s Invisalign in the bathroom and called immediately after we checked out. They co firmed that they had the cleaning staff get it. They had it in their possession and were going to mail it to us. Now they can’t find it.
