Great Wolf Lodge - Grapevine TX

Waterpark is fun, but Kalahari...

Liked: The kids had fun with the indoor pool.
Disliked: Very dingy. Some of the showers in the waterpark restroom were broken.Our water was off for a good portion of the beginning of our stay. So couldn’t use the restroom. Fridge didn’t work. Had staff member arguing with profanity in near the front with his ‘girlfriend’. Other staff wouldn’t do anything about it. They count your OUNCES of your drinks of your already overpriced drinks. The roof by the exhaust fan in our bathroom was disgusting. Really don’t feel like it’s worth the money.

Liked: Locatiin is good.
Disliked: Customer sevice at the front desk. They are not accomodating. They did not accept my booking.com reservation right then and ask me to pay upfront or call my bank to cancel my booking.com charges. This makes me really pissed off!! I had to call my bank twice before my bank and I was able to reach an agreement to avoid being charged twice, one by booking.com and another by great wolf. Please get this to their attention!

Disliked: The ac vent in our room. Waa clogged and so was the air filter dirty couldn't get and air flow in our room. The bed have frame bars sticking out from under them those need to be fixed smacked my ankle on it

Disliked: The price was pretty much ridiculous. The food prices are pretty high up and the the couch bed was hard to pull out, my remote didn't work other than that. Everything was okay
