Our stay was very disappointing.

Liked: The hotel is dirty and our room was dirty. The room was also not ready at 4:00 check in. The water park is starting to look run down and filthy. Very disappointed in the Lodge and will never pay for Great Wolf Lodge again.

Disliked: Had a situation with checking in, took a little longer getting situated,, also buzzer to get into gate wasn't working,had to call each time we entered and leave, but we were told it could happen
