Disliked: This staff is so rude! I work for a foundation that covers the cost of lodging for patients traveling to receive treatment. I called after the stay was complete to request a receipt for my company's credit card statement. I was yelled at by the front desk, told I did not understand the process and had to first stay to be charged, was then told that I obviously could not speak English, and promptly hung up on.
