A lovely place to stay...

Fabulous stay at Great Southern...

Liked: Location is excellent. Short walk to town centre yet quiet area around the hotel. Breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Minor detail. Received an email from the hotel a few days before arrival asking car registration and spouses name but I was asked same questions on arrival.

The Lond Island couple

Liked: Staff location spa breakfast .smoking area
Disliked: The night supervisor security Kieran. Was not very helpful, we had used the gardenn area or the smoking area for 4 nights. The last night we went to ask.if the smoking area was open and he said "No" and proceeded ahead of us to lock the door so we couldn't get to the garden or the smoking area. He told us we could stand outside under an overhang. I smoke a cigar and like to be comfortable . Our room had a balcony which we used on a nice night but it had no chairsHe sent up Anthony a loverly helpful with 2 chairs we used on the balcony
