Liked: Staff location spa breakfast .smoking area
Disliked: The night supervisor security Kieran. Was not very helpful, we had used the gardenn area or the smoking area for 4 nights. The last night we went to ask.if the smoking area was open and he said "No" and proceeded ahead of us to lock the door so we couldn't get to the garden or the smoking area. He told us we could stand outside under an overhang. I smoke a cigar and like to be comfortable . Our room had a balcony which we used on a nice night but it had no chairsHe sent up Anthony a loverly helpful with 2 chairs we used on the balcony

Weekend break

Liked: Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Great relaxing vibe in the hotel bar, perfect place for a night cap. Staff were very attentive but not over powering. The breakfast was our favourite part of the stay. Choices available were great and the quality of the produce was second to none. I would highly recommend the Guiness bread! The location was perfect, a short stroll to pubs, restaurants, shopping etc.
Disliked: Due to the age of the hotel, there was no A/C but a fan was provided in the room.
