Staff were lovely

Liked: All was fine. A rattling noise outside was odd but not bothered once asleep.clise orocimity to the train station and event we were attending.
Disliked: The walls were in need of paining so made your rooms look unclean. However we were well aware the room was lovely and clean.

Good place to stay when...

Liked: The GSH is always a good place to stay when on a tight budget. The staff were super helpful in allowing us to check in early at 11:30.
Disliked: Nothing :)

Liked: 24 hour reception and access.
Disliked: split level due to having to carry heavy suitcases up and down stairs

Disliked: I was too short to reach the hook in toilet, and the clothes line in the shower. I didn't like the coat-hanger. I wanted to hang my top up so the wrinkles would fall out, but once I removed it, I realised it didn't have a hook. Minor issues really.
