Liked: The room was very comfortable and the location was great, made it easy for moving around. The staff were very helpful and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing except maybe the cost.

Disliked: Beds were hard and woke up with a sore back both mornings, room was dirty, carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly, pillow smelt weird so I checked inside the case and the protectors were dirty, room was dusty, shower head was disgusting, paid the extra $35 for late checkout, we went out for a coffee and when we arrived back to our room we couldn’t gain access and were locked out, elevators took us down instead of up and we were stuck on basement level, once we got to our room and got our bags both lifts were stuck on basement level again, glass doors to reception kept getting stuck only leaving a small gap to walk through.
