Liked: Everything! The building looks amazing inside and beautifully furnished, the photos on here do not do it justice. Loved our room it was so luxurious and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The staff were all so kind, polite and friendly. Got some lovely complimentary birthday treats and the £25 birthday cake was worth every penny, so delicious and beautifully presented. Perfect location as you've got shops close by and two stations. Shall definitely be staying there again.
Disliked: That I didn't stay longer.

Great location, but make sure...

Liked: The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms are clean, and the concierge was happy to assist with everything we needed
Disliked: I booked the same type of room as my friends. I was given a very small room with a view of a wall. I stayed as a solo guest, but the room was marketed as a double — if we had been two people, the size and layout would have been completely unreasonable.
