Very nice indeed

Liked: The location, comfort of beds and staff so nice and friendly.
Disliked: Thought I was going to get a nice view, they did move us, but view not really a proper Courtyard, just a whole in the middle of buildings and windows. Should not be on your website worded like that as it raises hopes.

Loved the secret bar!!!

Liked: The secret bar behind the bookcase. Found by pure chance....no one told us of it
Disliked: Room service very poor...had to re-order 4 times as they did not have what we wanted on the menu.Japanses style toilet did not work at all. This should have been tested after each room change.Should not be up to us to report fault.

Short stay in Central London

Liked: Great location and reasonably good value for money

£400 per night to smell...

Liked: Great location. Lovely rooms.
Disliked: £400 per night to smell mouldy drains in the bathroom. Really? That is a special kinda smell and it seeps into the room. For £400 per night I expect better. Much better.

Liked: Breakfast. Coffee was cold Problem with machine Long wait for food The bar had a private function so only one bar for hotel guests I could not get a table as full of non hotel guests so I went to another hotel for a drink !Ridiculous !Manager said I should book a table in order to get a tea time drink

Very good

Liked: Location was amazing, close to everything. Truly perfect. Rooms was very quiet as requested. Nice complimentary fruit and nuts upon arrival.
Disliked: Room had no view, breakfast was delicious but area is too small, no natural light, no outdoor sitting area at hotel. Couldn't find lobby when I walked in
