Liked: The Rooms were so aesthetic and clean. With a beautiful property and location.
Disliked: The indoor heated pool wasn't heated as such. It was just "not cold".

Forget about heaven… we have...

Liked: we needed a room on the ground floor and this was arranged via an upgrade
Disliked: The room had steps up onto a porch and then a couple of steps up to the room, but there were no handrails at all. This could be extremely dangerous for older people or people with leg problems
