Extortionate!

Liked: The location was very good. That is where it ends.
Disliked: The room was very very small. The bed was pushed against the wall which involved climbing over each other. The television had no volume and in general very disappointing especially considering the price.

Nice hotel, poor customer service.

Liked: The hotel itself is lovely, ideally positioned for both King Cross and St Pancras International train stations along with easy access to the rest of the city via the underground system. It was very clean, bed comfortable and considering its proximity to Kings Cross station incredibly quiet. It does provide everything you need for a hotel stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately, when we arrived our room was not ready which was apparently due to the hotel being full the night before and platinum guests requesting late checkout. This does pose the question around the hotel’s scheduling of guest departures and guest arrivals. Our impression of the hotel was tainted by our customer service experience and because of this we would not stay here again.

Liked: Great location right on the Station. Breakfast was fantastic! Some staff very good too.
Disliked: Check in was poor, and lots of non residents in the downstairs areas due the proximity to Kings Cross Station. Cases EVERYWHERE! First room was very small considering the price of the Hotel. Some staff, extremely poor.

Perfect!

Liked: We loved the architecture, the very clever restoration and design of the rooms within the original building. It had a wonderful feel about it.
Disliked: Nothing
