Very convenient, quiet, staff pleasant.

Liked: Quiet upstairs room. Modest but comfortable and clean. Very close , 3 mins walk, to small block of shops with a variety of take out and ethnic restaurants.
Disliked: Lift to 4th floor very slow and carpet needed a good vacuum.

Liked: Great location, lots of car parks around the back, vending machines near reception, pool area was nice
Disliked: It was very run down, the elevator screamed (we only used it 4 times) before it died, the door fell off? So we had to walk up and down four stories every time we wanted to go somewhere. Not so great after a long day at the zoo.They do their own laundry which I thought was cool, however this means where you walk back from the carpark is covered in lint, the ventilation pipes from the dryers are absolutely full. It just doesn't look good, and it smells kinda gross (mildewy) when the dryers are on.I don't think they actually "clean" the rooms, I sat down on the couch and noticed something on the coffee table, which I thought were scratches or small dents (which would be understandable) but it was spider or fly droppings?? The shower had a lot of build up on the tiles and faucets and the floor in the shower was peeling up, also just a hole for a drain, no cover, just a hole.
