Liked: The location is wonderful, the view from the room and rooftop were attractions themselves, and the room was clean and comfortable for a good price. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The gentleman at the desk (I believe his name was Josh) was super friendly and respectful.

Phenomenal stay secondary to service...

Liked: It’s been a while since I’ve stayed in a hotel since I usually Airbnb, but this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable. Everyone was efficient and quick to help make my stay as comfortable as possible!! This personal touch made me certain I would come here again over an Airbnb any visit to NYC I ever make again. It’s in midtown, so central to pretty much everything. We walked everywhere and parked our car in their connected and discounted garage having driven from Boston. Was really surprised and impressed by the level of beauty and comfort this stay provided. Five stars without a doubt!!!

Amazing Location!!

Liked: Amazing location! Just one street away from Bryant Park and only a two-minute walk to the metro. The hotel is right in the heart of Manhattan, yet surprisingly quiet with a charming neighborhood vibe. Perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.
Disliked: The elevators were consistently slow—we had to wait over five minutes almost every day, which became quite frustrating. We booked a room with an Empire State Building view, but it didn’t live up to expectations. The room itself was quite small, and the view was mostly obstructed, making the upgrade feel unnecessary.

Great location, amazing staff, great...

Liked: Great location. Staff were absolutely amazing! Food was excellent. Just a great experience all round.
Disliked: Our room was way smaller than the rest of the group (considering we were the birthday girls), and we never had a fridge, or the ice buckets we requested, sent. Our dirty glasses weren’t removed for 3 days and then on day 4 they were, but they never replaced them.
